Return & Refund Policy

Plant Replacement Conditions

  • We offer plant replacement within 4 days of delivery if the plant arrives damaged, broken, or in unhealthy condition.

  • Customers must share clear photos/videos of the plant within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Replacement is only applicable for major damage caused during delivery.

  • Minor issues such as slight leaf shedding, bent leaves, or small broken leaves are normal during transit and are not eligible for replacement.

  • Replacement will be processed after verification by our support team.

  • No replacement will be accepted after 4 days of delivery.

  • Plants damaged due to improper care, overwatering, underwatering, or harsh weather conditions after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

Damaged Delivery Policy

  • If your plant arrives damaged or broken during delivery, we will provide a replacement.

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

  • Replacement requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

  • Minor leaf shedding, soil movement, or slight bent leaves during transit are normal and are not considered damaged delivery.

  • Replacement will only be approved after verification by our support team.

  • We are committed to ensuring your plants arrive safely and healthy.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable if the ordered plant is unavailable or cannot be replaced.

  • Damaged or unhealthy plants reported within 24 hours of delivery may qualify for replacement instead of a refund.

  • Minor issues such as leaf shedding, bent leaves, or slight soil movement during transit are not eligible for refund.

  • Refund requests without clear photo/video proof may not be accepted.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for refund.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Delivery-Related Issues

  • We take full care in packaging and shipping to ensure plants reach you safely.

  • If your order is delayed, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • For damaged delivery, customers must provide clear photos/videos for verification.

  • Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are not fully in our control, but we will assist in tracking and resolution.

  • Incorrect item received must be reported immediately for replacement or correction.

  • Minor plant changes during transit (slight leaf drop, soil disturbance) are natural and not considered delivery issues.

  • All delivery-related claims are reviewed and processed after verification by our support team.

Time Limit for Claims

  • All claims related to damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted or processed.

  • Customers must provide clear photo/video proof when submitting a claim.

  • Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be rejected.

  • Late claims are not eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation.

  • All claims are subject to verification by our support team before approval.
