Order Confirmation Rules

  • Orders must be placed through our official website after completing payment (full or 50% advance).

  • Once your payment is received, our team will confirm your order.

  • After confirmation, we will contact you on WhatsApp from 0328-8492097 for order details and updates.

  • Please ensure your provided WhatsApp number is active and reachable.

  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment verification.

  • If we are unable to reach you, order processing may be delayed.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery details at the time of order placement.

Advance Payment Policy

  • Customers are required to pay 50% advance payment to confirm their order.

  • The remaining amount (if applicable) can be paid before or upon delivery, depending on order type.

  • Orders will only be processed after receiving the advance payment.

  • Advance payments help us prepare, reserve, and properly package your selected plants.

  • Once the order is processed, the advance payment is non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order.

  • Customers must ensure payment is made only to our official bank account or JazzCash (Till ID) details provided on the website.

  • Any payment made to incorrect or unofficial sources will not be our responsibility.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Limitations

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for selected areas and orders.

  • COD may require a partial advance payment (50%) for order confirmation.

  • Large plant orders or bulk purchases may not be eligible for COD.

  • COD availability can vary depending on delivery location and courier service.

  • Customers must ensure full payment is ready at the time of delivery if COD is approved.

  • Refusal to accept COD order at the time of delivery may lead to account restrictions or future order limitations.

  • We reserve the right to cancel COD option for any order at our discretion.

Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation and payment.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Standard delivery time within major cities is typically 2–5 working days.

  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take 5–7 working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Unexpected delays due to weather, courier issues, or high order volume may affect delivery time.

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details (if available) will be shared via WhatsApp.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, and complete delivery address at the time of order.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the provided contact number is active and reachable on WhatsApp.

  • Customers should be available to receive calls or messages regarding order confirmation and delivery updates.

  • Advance or full payment must be made through official bank or JazzCash (Till ID) only.

  • Customers must carefully follow plant care instructions after delivery to maintain plant health.

  • Any issues must be reported within the specified time limits (24 hours for delivery-related claims).

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer may result in delays or failed delivery.
